Do I need to keep re-entering my login details?
No. If your browser hasn't prompted you to remember your username and password you need to tell it to do this:
- Internet Explorer: go to Tools/Internet options/content/ auto complete settings/ tick "prompt me to save passwords"
- Firefox: Preferences/security/remember passwords for sites
- Safari: Preferences/Autofill/tick "user names and passwords"
You should then get the "remember this password?" prompt when you access the site. Click "yes".
In the future you will only have to type the first letter of your username and the full username should appear. You click on this and the password will be entered automatically.
