Recommendations on a generic, technology and service neutral approach to licensing in 470 to 862MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, the 2GHz bands, 2500 to 2690MHz and 3.4 to 3.8GHz. The report concludes that all these bands should be suitable "for the introduction of flexibility”. Read more...
