Ofcom would like views on their proposal to increase the amount of spectrum available to WiFi in the 5 GHz band. According to the consultation, the UK regulator would like to "open up a further 125 MHz of 5 GHz spectrum at 5725-5850 MHz". Ofcom said they chose these ranges… Read more...
