The Norwegian regulator has launched a consultation on its proposed general framework for an auction of spectrum in the 1800 MHz band. These are the 1710-1725 MHz / 1805-1820 MHz frequencies (2 x 15 MHz) at the lower end of the band that were not sold in last year's auction.… Read more...
