UK regulator Ofcom has issued a consultation on the future use of 190 MHz of former Ministry of Defence spectrum in the 2.3 GHz and 3.4 GHz bands. Ofcom's initial view is that it will use the spectrum for unpaired mobile broadband in order to harmonise with other European countries.… Read more...
