The Nigerian Communications Commission has published a draft Information Memorandum for its upcoming 3.5 GHz auction. It plans to hold the auction on December 13 and invited stakeholders to submit comments. Stakeholders are also invited to participate in the Stakeholders' Engagement Programme.
