South African consultation on draft IMT roadmap

South Africa's independent telecoms regulator, ICASA, is consulting on a draft roadmap for IMT (mobile broadband). ICASA has said that responses to the consultation will inform its future policies for the bands, including potential awards. The roadmap is intended to provide for greater mobile broadband coverage at lower prices. Read more...
