Incorrect user ID or password

  • The most likely explanation is that you have closed the database while waiting for the password to arrive: try again but leave the database open this time
  • If you have closed the database, the old password that you were emailed won’t work! You have to close the file and request a new one
  • If the above doesn’t apply, close the database and have another go. With long sequences of numbers, it’s easy to get one wrong or miss one off when you cut and paste.
