In the next few years most countries will be releasing some of the most important spectrum to become available for decades. Thailand is shortly to hold its 3G auction and on the horizon is the allocation of the prime UHF spectrum freed by the transition from analogue to digital TV, bands at 2.6 and 3.4 GHz as well as the  re-farming of the GSM bands.  These frequencies will be vital for new mobile and wireless broadband services.

The masterclass is specially tailored to the needs of the SE Asian market and has been designed in consultation with the National Telecommunications Authority in Thailand.
