I keep getting errors!

Boxes flash up with error messages when you try to open the database. These are usually called "run time errors"
- Usually caused by pre-2002 versions of Excel which won't open the .xlsm file: the standard format we use for the database.
- Contact us and we will send you a .xls version (the older Excel format)
- You may be able to open other .xlsm files perfectly well using one of Microsoft's converters for Excel 2002. However, these converters frequently make the database malfunction
