Please re-save the database from the original email into your chosen location and go through the password request procedure again. Once you have access click “save” as an added precaution then close the database.
Reopen the database by double-clicking on the file in its chosen location and it should open without having to enter anything.
It is much better to save the database into a folder on your computer rather than opening it from the email. Email attachments are often saved in temporary folders and sometimes these have special characteristics which prevent the database functioning correctly.
