Standard subscription
The Global Spectrum Database costs £2000 p.a. and is updated quarterly. The database can be installed on up to five Windows PCs in any of your offices.
Premium subscription service
For £3000 p.a. we offer a premium subscription which includes a day and a half’s consultancy as well as access to the database.
We will analyse and contextualise the relevant information on the topic you request, as well as carrying out further specially tailored research. This information will be presented to you in the form of a written report followed up by a conference call with a GSMA spectrum expert and a member of the PolicyTracker staff.

Information contained in this database has been derived from publicly available data and research which we consider reliable, but accuracy and completeness cannot be guaranteed. The database’s content is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS IS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Under no circumstances will PT Publishing Ltd, Aegis Systems Ltd or GSM Media LLC (or its affiliates) be liable for any of the following losses or damage: (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the database”s content regardless of the form of action. PT Publishing does not warrant that the database or its security mechanisms are free of viruses or bugs.
Copyright and Intellectual rights in the Licensed Information are owned by GSM Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret laws and international treaty provisions. The product is supplied to be used as a stand alone database for up to the specified number of individual users. It should not be made available on a network, intranet or extranet. This license does not grant you any rights to the GSM Media LLC name, logo or trademarks.
Without prior written permission, the subscriber may not reproduce, redistribute or resell the database or part of it for commercial gain. However, subscribers may use extracts from the database, with proper attribution, as part of reports and documents for internal or external use.
The Global Spectrum Database is a professional product aimed at business customers. You are buying a 12 month subscription to the database and it is not our policy to make refunds midway through this period. PT Publishing Limited reserves the right to, without liability to the user, vary the technical specification of service or temporarily suspend the service for the purposes of upgrade or maintenance.
Access to the database is restricted and time-limited by software which can only be “unlocked” by a security key which we will provide. Attempts to circumvent or disable this security system will be treated as a contravention of copyright. Please note that after 12 months you will no longer have access to the database unless you renew your subscription.
You agree that we may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate or block your, and any user’s, access to the database at any time in our sole discretion, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. You agree that any termination of your access to the database under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for a good faith termination of your access to the database.
If you wish to move the database from one computer to another it is your responsibility to inform PT Publishing Ltd who will then be able to provide you with a new security key. It is also your respon- sibility to destroy the database held on the first computer, failure to do so will be a breach of copyright.
The right to use the database is personal to the Subscriber and is not transferable to any other person or entity without written permission from PT Publishing Ltd. PT Publishing Ltd monitors installa- tions of the database and reserves the right to terminate the account immediately if abuse occurs.
Please note at the present time we can only supply the database for use on the Windows operating system.
